CBT provided conceptual planning and design for a new lab/office building in a burgeoning neighborhood outside Boston. Designed for a mix of uses, with a strong interest in attracting life science tenants, the building features large, open floorplates to accommodate a range of life science/lab activity.

The project is the direct response to a changing market with an increased need for ― and broad interest in ―the growing life sciences sector within diverse and growing neighborhoods beyond the city limits.
