As part of a holistic master plan to increase the value of a 600,000-square-foot suburban campus, CBT repositioned an existing ground floor of 25 Corporate Drive in Burlington, Massachusetts, as well as a new "town green." The new amenities include a double-height lobby with a coffee bar, outdoor grilling area, a full-service caféteria with adjacent flexible dining and access to the front patio, and an expertly appointed fitness center. Through tailored design, wayfinding signage, and new branding, the renovated space strongly communicates the new building identity.
