CBT completed the design and construction of a new development for a luxury residential tower in the heart of a new cultural and performing arts district. This elegant 42-story tower offers only one or two units per floor. With fewer residences per floor, a more private and exclusive living experience is available to residents, which is a rarity in the city. This high-rise luxury residential building is a highlight to an up and coming artisan district of Taiwan.

The public amenities on the ground floor include a sophisticated grand lobby, VIP lounge with a business center, and seating lounges on the mezzanine level. The third floor features amenities supporting a healthy lifestyle – a 25m swimming pool, whirlpool and a fitness center, spa, salon, juice bar and a garden terrace extended from the seating lounge that overlooks the public garden to the east. The fourth floor has a communal roof garden/terrace that offers the residents another garden space for activities ranging from daily exercise to private activities or social gatherings. At the top of the towers are cultivated roof top gardens that features sky lounges with garden terraces and dining decks that allow the residents to have an exclusive panoramic cityscape views.
