The design of this 118-unit residential building has a unique faceted design that takes maximum advantage of the buildings unique site. Units range from studio pied-à-terres to 3+ bedroom penthouse level units. Residents enjoy a library, private dining, and a luxury fitness spa. There are a broad expanse of windows in every unit, higher ceilings than any comparable current project, and a variety of private terraces and balconies. The building has a unique all-glass facade that maximizes views for residents from the inside out, and from the exterior will distinguish the building, symbolizing the crystalline waterfront setting.
Amenities include a canopied entry/porte-cochere, concierge service, and both social and wellness facilities. The ground floor provides a sweeping glass façade overlooking a manicured waterfront park and it is the home of two chef-inspired restaurants. There are three stories of below-grade private parking connected at each level to adjacent commercial parking to allow ample space for visitors.
