Dynatrace (formerly Compuware)
Dynatrace, a global technology performance company, had acquired two local software companies and planned to merge these three separate offices into one unified space. CBT’s first challenge was to find the best space that would support this integration. After reviewing multiple locations and completing test fits for six different buildings, the team selected a location to accommodate all 350 employees.
The new workplace exists on one floor, with all of the collaborative and social spaces deliberately arranged in the center of the space. This town center includes meeting spaces as well as the central café and network operations center (NOC). In addition, 2 outdoor spaces allow more informal gatherings to occur and provide opportunities for the staff to interact in more informal settings. The successful design of the new office space now serves as the basis for the company’s brand identity and design guidelines for future office spaces.
