A new residential building that has replaced a former parking lot in Boston’s historic Fort Point neighborhood, 10 Farnsworth is a multi-award-winning project designed by CBT. The residence offers eight loft-style condominium units and one penthouse unit in place of a former parking lot. Dedicated tenant amenities include a roof deck for the eight condo units, private roof deck for the penthouse unit, and automated parking system. CBT was responsible for the building design, as well as shared interior spaces and the individual condominium unit layouts.
