Seaport M1/M2 Receives Approval

The next phase of development in Seaport Square has received approval from the Boston Civic Design Commission. The development will include three residential towers designed by CBT in collaboration with New York-based KPF and will bring 750 units spanning 1.1 million square feet to parcels M1 and M2, which are located on two blocks between Seaport Boulevard and Congress Street, between B Street and East Service Road.

The development consists of three stepped residential towers, with a mixture of condominiums and apartments, above a retail plinth and below grade parking on a site which is bisected by the Silver Line. The tower placement and configuration will maximize residential water and city views, while creating an outdoor retail courtyard which will be a landmark destination linking the fabric of this Seaport neighborhood.
